Workout of the Week

Try and beat your own time and your fellow gym buddies!

Every week gym staff are now taking the opportunity to put together a different weekly circuit routine based on using equipment found within our fitness suite. 

The Weekly Workout is designed to be a hi-intensity workout lasting for about 15 minutes and is monitored by a gym staff member, after which the gym staff will display your time on the gym wall for other club members to try and beat!

The Weekly Workout is great for those people looking to find an alternative to their normal workout routine and really gets the heart racing!
