Don’t use the Gym and only do Classes, Swim or participate in other sports… Well, do not fear!!! You can still take part, you just need to download the Gym App. See a member of Gym Staff to get this sorted and register.
We’ve also put together a routine specifically aimed at preparing for the ski season. Why not ask our trainers about this or get them to set you up with a new routine to help out.
