Cut out Refined Sugar ~  This weakens the immune system,  It also encourages an addiction to eating foods devoid of Vitamins, Minerals & Fibre.

Avoid Aspartame & other Synthetic sugars ~   these contribute to Acidity, which leads to  inflammation & the creation of fat cells to store that extra acid….so….ironically consistent consumption could add to your weight.

  • Have more Greens & increase Fish to your Diet ~  Boosting intake of antioxidants, Vitamin B, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc & Omega 3s.
  • Log what & when you eat ~  Timing of food intake affects how you feel.  Try avoid eating 3 hours before going to sleep at night, otherwise your body will store most of it as fat..
