FIND A CLASS TO SUIT YOU

With over 40 scheduled group exercise classes a week across a wide variety of land and water based options there is sure to be a class to suit you! With a purpose built, two storey studio building holding all of our land based classes it is our goal to continue building on our already successful class options with future additional classes.

All classes are FREE* to ALL members. And non-members are
welcome to all classes at a cost of £7.25 per class.

Exercises classes

A high-intensity exercise that involves hopping on a stationary bike and peddling as hard as you can while adding and subtracting resistance. Our instructors will tailor music to really get you going and encourage you to set your bike up throughout the class to mimic hills and descents. A superb workout especially for those clients who like to keep fit, without enduring too much impact!

This class is fast and furious and will certainly get results. This is a High Intensity Interval Training class which is proven to melt away fat, increase your aerobic fitness and blast the fat around the middle with a tough core section. All abilities will be catered for but this is not for the faint hearted!!



Suspension training classes require the use of the Suspension bands. These bands are suspended from points within the ceiling of our studio to which our trainers will instruct many different exercises that will develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The instructor may also use traditional circuit style exercises to create more stations and to add variety.


Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia and samba set to sexy Latin and international beats to which our instructors will get you working out to. There’s no other fitness class like the Zumba.

BarreConcept incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet (but you don’t need to have done ballet or have any experience of dancing to get involved!) Add to this the alignment of yoga and the strength from sports conditioning and you will have all of the aspects of a typical Barre workout.


This is an aerobic session using light hand weights to help you sculpt the figure you want. Available to all abilities, this toning based session will help you to lift light weights with correct form and burn fat fast!

A great class for all levels of fitness. Based around circuits or interval training utilising equipment set out by the instructor or your own body weight, this class is a superb all-rounder and individuals can take each exercise at their own speed and intensity level.

A new, fun and exciting full body toning and aerobic experience. The class works every major muscle group and will help create toned muscles using weighted exercises and cardio exercises (including barbells and dumbbells). The class is set to cater for all fitness levels, easier and harder alternatives will be given to every exercise.


Tabata is a 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off format targeting one muscle group at a time to get maximal muscle fatigue. A full body workout, each muscle group lasting approximately 4 minutes using your own body weight and equipment as set by the instructor.

A fabulous 45 minute workout that will work your entire body! FitSteps combines the best known and popular Latin and ballroom dances with proven fitness techniques, to develop a dance/fitness programme that is capable of delivering fast fitness results with a heap of fun thrown in!

Legs, Bums & Tums targets the common problem areas, incorporating a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunges, stretches and exercises for the legs, thighs, buttocks and stomach. A conditioning class focusing on re-shaping the lower body. This is a low impact class, with an element of cardiovascular work and suitable for all levels of fitness.

AQUA AEROBICS – SHALLOW WATER

A class taken in shallower water done mainly vertically where you will perform aerobic exercise as set out by our instructors with the addition of floats and woggles.

AQUA AEROBICS – AQUALATES
Similar to shallow water aerobics but based around Pilates – a more chilled out routine.

AQUA AEROBICS – DEEP WATER
Similar to shallow water aerobics but taken in deeper water with the addition of a floatation device which frees up your lower limbs allowing for alternative routines.


Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.

Our Pilates instructors take a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

Anyone can benefit from good core conditioning, especially if you’ve recently had a child or you’re just getting a little soft around the centre. Because Pilates strengthens and aids flexibility, it can also be used to help people with poor mobility, muscular pain or an injury, but your Doctor’s advice should be taken first.
Pilates has no age or gender limit. Elderly people can often benefit from an increased range of movement and, guys… you should see what it can do for that six pack!


Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high intensity aerobics with or without the use of equipment. An exercise circuit is one completion of all prescribed exercises as planned by the instructor taking the class.

Traditionally, the time between each station/exercise is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise? Our circuit training classes will vary in formats depending on the instructor taking the class and will utilise different equipment and methods to keep you in shape and in the hope that workouts will never get boring. Even though Circuit training is high intensity, each exercise/station can be completed to each person’s ability.
