Payment options available are: Cash / Debit, Credit Card / Gift Vouchers / Wye Leisure Credit. To make bookings easier for regular participants who are not members, credit may be added to an account to which any fees payable can be automatically taken by our admin staff at the time of booking. This would allow non-members to add their names whilst in attendance at a current class to the booking sheet for the following week, and not have to visit the main club reception to make any payments.

Non-Members – £13.00 Per Class
Members – INCLUDED within Membership*
*Members with a valid Full Time or Off Peak membership can attend any group exercise class at any time, pending they abide by the booking procedures, booking terms & conditions and are attending a class within the permitable hours of their membership category, without additional charge. A grace period of 30 minutes after the normal permitable membership end time, will be given to Off Peak members. Users on 20/10 entries do not receive classes as part of their pass entitlement and must pay any non-members fee to attend.
All bookings and cancellations can be made in one of the following four ways – PLEASE NOTE waiting list notification will ONLY BE MADE via the App.
1. Using the Wye Fitness App at anytime 24 hours a day using your smart device (Phone / Tablet)
2. In person at the main club reception
3. Over the telephone – please call 01432 860860 (Option 3)
4. At the current class you are participating in, please let the instructor know.

We welcome customers to ALL classes whom have never been before and/or never been to any exercise class before! We would rather you let us know at the time of booking, so we can add a memo to the class you will be coming to, as this will enable us to inform the trainer. Our trainers then can make sure you get the attention you require before, during and after the class, hopefully making a great impression and leaving you ready to come back for further classes. We will need you to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ). For further details, see below.
Each instructor will require a separate PARQ to be completed. To make life easier, please complete the online form – CLICK HERE and pick up your completed PARQs from the main club reception.
